Delivery
At Rafferty's we want to make your delivery as easy as possible for you our customer! We offer free delivery to all of our customers in the UK mainland. On delivery our experienced delivery team will fully assemble any items that haven't already been delivered assembled.
We now charge a £25 delivery fee on all garden furniture.

Returns
Whilst we do everything we can to make sure you're happy with you're order, we do realise that from time to time things don't always work out. So if you do need to make a return, we're on hand to help...

No problem, If you've shopped online just give our internet team a call on 01429 278677 before your delivery on 01429 278677 please be aware if your order has been made to order (beds/sofas) you could be charged up to 25%of your order please contact us before you cancel any orders.
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARRIVE FAULTY OR DAMAGED
We do everything we can to make sure your orders are delivery in perfect condition, if however, it does arrive damaged or not in working order please give us a call on 01429 278677 or email us info@raffertysfurniture@hotmail.co.uk and our customer care team will get this resolved as quick as possible.
CAN I RETURN A MATTRESS?
If the mattress is unused, then no problem, If however the mattress is out of its packing or used, for hygiene reasons we can't accept a return.
