Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable delivery costs will be confirmed when you place your order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We carefully inspect all furniture before it leaves our store. However, if your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us of any damage within 48 hours. Where possible, include photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Returns

Made-to-order or specially ordered furniture cannot usually be returned unless it is faulty or not as described.
Mattresses cannot be returned once packaging has been removed for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
