Welcome

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Raffertys Furniture Store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, an error has occurred with pricing or product information, or we are unable to fulfil your order.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Payment must be made in full unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed with us.

We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice, although any confirmed order will not be affected.

Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, dimensions, images and prices are accurate.

Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device, and natural materials such as wood and leather may have unique variations in colour, grain and texture.

Product dimensions are approximate, and slight manufacturing tolerances may occur.

Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure there is suitable access for furniture deliveries. Additional charges may apply if a delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or if a repeat delivery is required.

Ownership of Goods

Goods remain the property of Raffertys Furniture Store until full payment has been received.

Returns & Cancellations

Your rights to cancel or return goods are protected under UK consumer law.

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details of our returns policy.

Made-to-order or specially ordered items cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographs.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer legislation.

Raffertys Furniture Store shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
